Ensure you are well hydrated the days before and after your appointment for best results.  If we work on foods you will need to avoid those foods for 48 hours after.  I will be working on acupressure points on your face, torso and bare feet.

You may feel tired the day of and for a day or two following the session.  Occasionally some will develop a headache or feel off as their body comes back into balance.  Ensure you are drinking plenty of water to help reduce any side effects and to help the frequencies hold 

Some people feel better immediately following their session while others can take up to a month to notice symptom relief.  This all depends on the person's health, hydration level, the severity of the imbalance and stress levels.  BIE isn't always a quick fix as we are giving the body the tools it needs to heal itself.  There can be many factors behind your health issues so time and patience may be required as we put all the puzzle pieces together and allow the body to come into balance.  It can take from 1 to 4 sessions to notice improvement in your symptoms.

Yes - BIE works great on babies and small children.  The parent will be used as a surrogate while muscle testing.  Your child will sit with you and hold the vials containing the charged frequencies (or they will be tucked in a collar/shirt) while you hold their hand I will muscle test your other hand and you will be serving as an extension cord during the process.

The preferred payment method is etransfer or cash but credit card and debit are also accepted. 

I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and can bill your sessions as a Nutrition Consultation.  Check with your insurance provider to find out if this may be covered.

I am located in my home office at 11 Eldale Rd in Elmira (third driveway on right).  Parking is straight down the driveway in front of the porch.  Enter through the front door.  The office is a separate space inside the front door.
