I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) who graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and a licensed BIE Practitioner through the Institute of Natural Health Technologies.

I live in Elmira with my husband and three sons and spend countless hours at the arena watching them play hockey.

My journey into the natural health field started when my son and myself were both suffering from food and environmental intolerances.  BIE made a huge positive impact in our lives and our symptoms are now all under control.  I have a passion for helping others and look forward to helping you achieve balance so you can feel your best.
